In rowupdating event of sex dating in belmont montana
I am confused at this point on why my markup and code behind is not touching the Row Updating event when Update button is clicked. The routine loading of the product table now happens only on the first pass through the code behind.
I also don't understand when I select the grid View control and look at the events in the Properties window of Visual Studio 2010 why I see all the proper event procedures listed for each event I expect to use. Data Bind in the Row Command when the Edit Command is invoked and removed it from Row Editing. The code works as I intended it to (and is listed below).
LOL Each time through the code behind I was loading and binding my product table.
This works as expected and I can put a breakpoint in the Row Command event handler to see the "Event" command name.
After it has been clicked the postback places that row in edit mode. At this point in time the above Edit Item Template is displayed with two Image Buttons within it. My problem lies in that the click on the Update Image Button posts back, but neither the Row Command nor Row Updating events get triggered.
Otherwise missing cells will be nulled out by the auto update operation. The dictionary consists of the new values to be set on the row's unbound cells.
The hash key is the key of corresponding column and the value is the new value to be set.
I have a break on the Sub statement for the Row Updating handler ... The Edit and Cancel buttons fire the Row Command event, however, the Update button does not. No breakpoint was triggered when I hit the Update button. I truly appreciate all the suggestions you've given.
